I’ve been drawing since I can remember. I’ve worked in food industry for 10 years, but at the age of 28, I had a catharsis. I left my job as a sous chef and and bet on my “dormant passion”: illustration. Currently, I work intensely to make a living 100% by illustrating books. For childrens, teenagers or adults… with no limits! My illustrations are about everyday stories told by people (often women), plants, food, and nature.

Can you imagine all the terraces in the city of Bologna turned into sustainable urban gardens? I’ve created a sustainable micro world with its characters interacting in it. Some neighbors who are aware of ecology, who cultivate and take care of a garden full of healthy foods on their roof terrace, which help to contribute to a more sustainable world.
